Please read the delivery terms carefully before placing an order. By ordering, you agree to the delivery terms.

Ordering

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order. Ordering from our online store requires you to provide personal information such as your name, permanent address and email address, which will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Confirming the order requires acceptance of the delivery terms.

A binding contract is formed between the parties, the company and the customer, once the customer confirms the order. An order confirmation is sent to the customer's email after the order is confirmed. The customer cannot make any changes to the order, such as canceling or adding products, changing the size or delivery address, after the order has been confirmed.

Tariff

All prices on our website are VAT 0% unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Taxes and the final price of the order are determined at checkout.

When placing an order from countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for finding out and paying local customs duties, taxes and other possible charges.

Payment options

You must select a payment method when ordering. All payment transactions are processed via a secure connection and your payment card details are not stored on our website.

We use invoice and bank card on our website.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the content of the order, the delivery address and the selected shipping service. We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, on average within 2–5 business days, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery.  Unfortunately, we have no control over if the delivery point you have selected is full and the package is redirected to another pickup point. Read more about deliveries and shipping costs here.

We do not ship to Åland, the United Kingdom or Russia.

Returns and complaints

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Complaints about faulty products must be made to our customer service immediately. If the product arrives broken, damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 14 days. customerservice@original-story.com . Please attach the order number of the shipment and pictures illustrating the product defects to the email.

Unclaimed orders will be processed as returns. Read more about returns and complaints from here. 

Cancellation of order by the company

We reserve the right to cancel a customer's order in the following situations:

  1. There is a clear error in the product price.
  2. The product has been accidentally sold out of stock and no new items are arriving soon.
  3. Suspicions of abuse

If an order is cancelled by the company, we will notify the customer by email and refund the order amount to the customer as soon as possible. We are not obligated to offer the customer any refund or compensation for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
